SALIENT FEATURES OF HOT FEED EXTRUDERS

  •   Our extrusion are fitted with two stage helical gear box in place of worm reduction gear box for achieving high efficiency.
  •   Scroll & liners are made of EN-41b, nitra hardened and polished.
  •   All extruders equipped with variable drive systems of siemens make. Barrels are steel fabricated, jacketed for heating and cooling with replaceable liners.
  •   Feed rolls are specially designed for easy maintenance.
  •   Feeding arrangement with spiral undercut and feed roll arrangement provided which ensures a proper bite & strip fed to screw.

L/D Ratio , Scroll speeds and Motor Power

For 'HARD TO PROCESS' rubber compounds, lower scroll speeds are provided with high motor power.

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Silicon Extruder are made specially keeping in view the nature and properties of silicon Rubber. As silicon Rubber is very sticky and soft by nature, it takes time to clean the screw, In case of change in the colour or compound. So Bharaj has developed a very unique design in which the screw and barrel can be cleaned quickly with sliding arrangement.

FEATURES

  •   Equipped with hardened feed roller for accurate & consistent feeding of rubber strips inside the extruder. This helps in maintaining consistent extrusion pressure resulting in high quality extrusions.
  •   Equipped with water circulations systems through rotary pressure joints.
  •   Feeding arrangement with spiral undercut and feed roll arrangement provided which ensures a proper bite & strip fed to screw.
