  •   Feed rolls are specially designed for easy maintenance.
  •   Feeding arrangement with spiral undercut and feed roll arrangement provided which ensures proper bite & strip feed to the screw.

A colour touch screen display is provided in the control panel enabling a trouble free and easy operation, where in you can set the pressure, temperature of the zone, rpm monitoring and extrusion output in kg/hour. It is also provided with a fault finding system and can be provided with optional data logging system.
BHARAJ cold feed equipped with a special heating/ cooling systems controlled by pid controllers giving an accurate temperature (+/- 1 degree) resulting in better quality extrusion.
