Rubber Mixing Mill With Stock Blender

Bharaj mixing mill are equipped with a specially designed hydrauilc stock blender to assist the operator in mixing the rubber material and chemical powder. It reduces the labour indulgance, provides safer working conditions, lowering the material temperature and speeding the mixing rate of the compound. The speed of the stock blender can be changed as per requirements irrespective of the roll rpm.

Mixing Mill Rolls are peripheralled drilling in order to have the best heating / Cooling effect, ensuring a better Temperature control on rolls.
