Rubber Batch Off Units

 

 

At the rear portion of of the cooling device are two sets of photoelectric switch to control the location of the rubber sheet behind the cooling device to ensure a good coordination among the cooled portion the cut portion and the swing device.
 

 

On the top of the transfer belt a roller to splice joint rubber sheet. A printing device is also installed to print the code on the rubber sheet.

 

1. MARK PRINTNG DEVICE: The Numbercal and Letter Can be Marked on the rubber

 

2. RUBBER SHEET JOINTING DEVICE: Each Batch of Rubber Sheet can be Jointed by the Joining Device by the Which is Equipped on Top of Conveyor of Sheet Inlet Selection.
