At the rear portion of the cooling device are two seats of photoelectric switch to control the location of the rubber sheet behind the cooling device and ensure a good coordination among the cooled portion the cut portion and the swing device.

On the top of the transfer belt is splice joint rubber sheet. A printing device is also installed to print the code on the rubber sheet.
10 cooling fans used with cooling hanger are divided into five groups which can be controlled independently or simultaneously per cooling operation.

The machine can perform the tasks of cutting/staking, continuous staking and splitting as required with various devices

The blade is made of alloy steel. The blade edge’s gap can be adjusted after it is worn out. The design of the removable blade allows sharpening its edge easily.
